Resource Management

Resource Management is a web-based application which provides companies with the facility to key in and maintains resource details and manage resource availability skills, knowledge and other information needed by operational and management personnel.

It is designed to provide significant help to service organizations when planning the required shift patterns, man hours, holiday allocations, overtime requirement, auto time sheet approval and automated rota generation. All the above activities are planned taking into consideration working time directive, business rules and procedures.

The key function of this module is to provide the necessary resource related information to the Call Management module where the calls can be auto assigned to the best possible resource. This module will also work as an interface between a legacy system and Call Management module in providing the necessary resource information in assisting to auto assign a call.

The Resource Management module is a powerful tool in its own right which can be used stand-alone or in combination with the range of Service Management modules to provide the benefit of a fully integrated System
