Fleet Management

Fleet Management is a web-based application which enables companies to enter and maintain Fleet details, manage Fleet availability, type of fleet and all maintenance information for the operational and management personnel.

The system monitors and manages the total activity to get the best operational and financial results with a minimum number of personnel administering the service.

This module provides the service organizations with visibility of the following; available vehicles against operational needs, fuel usage, vehicle usage, accidents, routine maintenance, traffic offences, legal requirements, real time visibility through GPS, vehicle payments and compliance to lone worker regulations.

The key function of this module is to provide the necessary fleet related information to the Call Management module where the calls can be automatically allocated to the best possible resource with the right vehicle.

The Fleet Management module is a powerful tool in its own right which can be used stand-alone or in combination with the range of Service modules to provide the benefit of a fully integrated System. Also this module can be integrated to a legacy system.
