Business Dispatch Limited is an established business offering and providing a
range of services to logistics organizations to include the provision of
Driver or Technicians and facilitating of tracking and reporting technologies.
Our objective is to provide high quality services for our customers profitably.
We aim to meet the long-term aspirations of our shareholders, customers and
employees by being recognized as an exemplary provider in our field.
Our business is committed to achieving and maintaining accredited certification
to the internationally recognised Quality Standard, ISO 9001:2008 and, aware
that our customers always have a choice, to continually review and improve the
effectiveness of our quality management processes.
To consistently meet the ever - changing requirements of our valued customers is
challenging in itself. To surpass their expectations requires the determination
and co-operation of all of us within the business, along with our suppliers and
nominated subcontractors. These are not only the primary but also the minimum
acceptable quality objective.
As Managing Director of Business Dispatch Limited, I am personally taking responsibility
for quality management and have nominated a Quality Management Representative to assist
me in this regard. I am confident of the support of my colleagues in ensuring that our
