Business Dispatch Limited is an established business offering and providing a range of services to logistics organizations to include the provision of Driver/Technicians and the facilitating of tracking and reporting technologies.

Our objective is to provide high quality services for our customers profitably. We aim to meet the long-term aspirations of our shareholders, customers and employees by being recognized as an exemplary provider in our field. We are aware that our customers always have a choice, to continually review and improve the effectiveness of our quality management processes.

Our business is committed to achieving and maintaining accredited certification to the internationally recognised Quality Standard, ISO 9001:2015 and satisfying all applicable requirements.

Our quality management system is based on managing the risks and opportunities we identify to ensure we meet the requirements of our customers and other interested parties where relevant. This is driven by our annual management review where we not only consider past performance but review and objectives to continue to improve our operations.

To consistently meet requirements of our valued customers requires the determination and co-operation of all of us within the business, along with our suppliers and nominated subcontractors.

As Managing Director of Business Dispatch Limited, I personally take responsibility for the effectiveness of our quality management system and ensuring that this policy and our requirements are communicated to all our employees, and any external parties as required.
